- I am glad LW has made it Windows NT and I enjoy using it but...
-
- I am using LW (rev C.) under Intel NT and am unable to use the NewTek-AVI
- saver more than once. While the first AVI renders correctly the second one
- won't play or plays choppy. I would use the HIIP AVI saver except that the
- output is substandard (pixelated) and it has no codec options. Anyone found
- a way to use NewTek-AVI more than once in a LW session or a way to specify
- codecs to tweak HIIP-AVI to reasonable quality? I have been asking NewTek
- about this since November and still no fix.
-
- My other complaint is the way that images are rendered. Why doesn't LW show
- me the image rendered at the pixel size rendered automaticaly? If I choose
- 640x480 why won't it open a window that size and render the image at that
- full size: WHY the puny 320x240 window no matter what the render size???
- What's the nonsense with the Record panel and choosing a full size render
- display?-- If I happen to forget to turn it on and do a large test render all
- I get as a preview is the small window--it sucks to wait several minutes for
- a 1024x768 preview (to get a good idea of the quality of detail in a scene)
- and to not be able to see it automaticaly.
-
- Sorry to complain but these bother me.
